Affiliate Terms

The AR Books LibrARy (Multilearn Kft.) Affiliates Programme offers eligible partners, including blogs and other third-party websites ("Partners"), the opportunity to earn commission on qualified sales made via links directing users to the arbookslibrary.co.uk website. These affiliate policies outline your rights and obligations when participating in the AR Books LibrARy Affiliates Programme.

This policy forms part of the Terms of Use. By participating in the AR Books LibrARy Affiliates Programme, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Use.

1. Eligibility and Enrolment in the AR Books LibrARy Affiliates Programme

Prospective partners must apply and receive approval from AR Books LibrARy to gain access to the Affiliates Programme.

Applicants will be assessed based on factors such as website type, quality, content, content diversity, and social media activity. During the application process, applicants may request further information regarding any of these criteria. The following types of websites are not eligible for the Affiliates Programme:

  • "Cash-back" or voucher sites (websites offering rewards for purchases made via referral links);
  • Price comparison websites;
  • Websites using "pop-ups" or "pop-unders" (sites that trigger pop-up or hidden windows in users' browsers);
  • Websites that violate the AR Books LibrARy trademark policy;
  • Websites solely dedicated to promoting AR Books LibrARy products;
  • Websites containing content related to sexual, religious, political, or other sensitive topics.

Applicants must register on arbookslibrary.co.uk and apply for the Affiliates Programme at the same time. Each application is individually reviewed by AR Books LibrARy. Subnet-based applications are not permitted. Partners may exit the Affiliates Programme and terminate this agreement at any time by sending an email to info@arbookslibrary.co.uk AR Books LibrARy reserves the right to remove partners from the programme and refuse service at any time, for any reason.

Participation in the Affiliates Programme may be restricted to partners in certain countries and is invalid where prohibited by law. AR Books LibrARy reserves the right to approve or reject applications for the Affiliates Programme at its sole discretion.

Depending on a partner's location, different regulations may apply regarding approvals and endorsements. It is the partner's responsibility to be aware of and comply with applicable laws for their website. AR Books LibrARy cannot provide legal advice; if you believe that these or other regulations apply to you, we encourage you to seek legal counsel.

2. Commissions, Qualified Sales, and Payments

As an affiliate partner, you may earn commissions on qualified sales. Commission rates are determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on factors such as website type and content. Commission rates may be increased during limited-time promotional campaigns.

Current commission rate: 10% of the gross price (excluding discounts) of items added to the shopping cart (January 2025).

Qualified sales refer to transactions completed by users on arbookslibrary.co.uk who arrived via an approved affiliate link on a partner’s website. Affiliate links, including URLs, banners, and other creative assets, will be provided upon approval. Partners may not alter any text links or creative assets provided via the Affiliates Programme platform to obtain payments.

The Affiliates Programme uses unique links to track qualified sales. Commissions are only paid on qualified sales completed via these unique links. This means partners earn a commission on a qualified sale only if the sale is attributed to their unique link. No commission is paid on cancelled sales.

Commissions are subject to review and potential restrictions in cases of fraudulent activity. AR Books LibrARy reserves the right to withhold commissions in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

AR Books LibrARy pays partners via a PayPal account or bank transfer, details of which are provided upon joining the programme. If a partner’s PayPal email address changes, it is their responsibility to notify the Affiliates Programme to ensure commission payments are correctly processed.

AR Books LibrARy is solely responsible for processing customer orders made via partner referral links. Partners are not authorised to collect payments or resell products from other websites, nor do they have any "resale" rights. Partners are not permitted to sell products on auction sites or distribute copies of any products. AR Books LibrARy retains full responsibility for all customer service inquiries. All partners acknowledge that no physical products are shipped.

3. Restrictions

Partners who violate any of the following programme restrictions may be suspended or removed from arbookslibrary.co.uk and forfeit their commissions.

Paid Search and Advertising

AR Books LibrARy enforces a strict policy regarding paid search activities. Partners must adhere to the following conditions on all advertising platforms, including but not limited to search engines, content networks, and social media:

  • Partners may not bid on or appear in search results for queries containing the exact "AR Books LibrARy" phrase.
  • Partners may not bid on or appear in searches for extended or hybrid queries that include the "AR Books LibrARy" phrase.
  • Partners may not bid on or appear in searches for misspellings or variations of the "AR Books LibrARy" phrase.
  • Partners may not use AR Books LibrARy trademarks in any paid search activities, including ad text, ad copy, or display URLs.
  • Partners must not link paid-per-click (PPC) advertisements directly to arbookslibrary.co.uk, including using arbookslibrary.co.uk as the displayed URL.
  • Partners must not send traffic via automatic redirects to any page of the arbookslibrary.co.uk website.
  • Partners may not use the AR Books LibrARy name (including misspellings and variations) as a subdomain or subdirectory.

Responsibility for Your Website

You are solely responsible for your website, including its development, operation, maintenance, and all content displayed on or within it. AR Books LibrARy disclaims all liability regarding your website, social media, and other content, as well as any claims made by your website users. You agree to indemnify and hold AR Books LibrARy harmless from any claims related to your website.

4. Modifications

AR Books LibrARy may modify any of the terms in the Affiliate Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. These modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes to available referral fees, commission structures, payment procedures, and Affiliate Programme policies.

If any modification is deemed unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. If you continue to participate in the programme after the modifications take effect, it will be considered as your acceptance of the changes.
