  1. This TOS document should be understood in conjunction with the AR Application and contents TOS and Privacy policy, which regulate the use of the content and products of the AR Books LibrARy portal.
  2. The purpose of TOS is to determine the terms and conditions for the purchase of products and services sold in the Webshop. This legal relationship is established between the Publisher and the natural and non-natural persons registered there (hereinafter: Users).
  3. This document will only be published in electronic form under this link. The Publisher reserves the right to unilaterally change this TOS and notification of this will be sent to users in accordance with the provisions of the documents mentioned in section 1 of TOS
  4. Publisher declares that he ensures the operation of the webshop in full compliance with the guidelines of the applicable laws and regulations.

Functioning of the Webshop

  1. Products and services available in the webshop can only be ordered via the web interface.
  2. Ordered products can be delivered to a home address or, where offered, to a parcel shop or parcel locker by a contracted service provider. Collection in person is not available. If delivery to the specified address fails (including any further delivery attempt made by the carrier), or a parcel is not collected from a pickup point within the period communicated by the carrier, it will be returned to the Publisher’s warehouse. Redelivery is possible by separate arrangement or a new order, subject to an additional delivery charge. The User may instead withdraw from the purchase, in which case the product price paid will be refunded to the bank account provided by the User. Deliveries are currently available within the United Kingdom. Delivery is charged per order.
  3. The payment methods available in the Webshop may include payment by bank card and bank transfer, subject to the payment options offered in this region. The Webshop and the Publisher do not record or store bank card data. Payments are processed by the payment service providers offered at checkout, such as Stripe, PayPal or AmazonPay. Transaction fees are settled periodically between the Publisher and the payment service providers.
  4. Publisher offers the opportunity to try the ordered products and services on a test page prior to the User's purchase. This is to convince the User of the functionality and usability of the content of the product to be purchased.
  5. Based on the data provided by the User the Publisher issues an electronic invoice in digital form for all purchases which is sent to the user by email. (Electronic invoices are created by szamlazz.hu.)
  6. User can withdraw from the purchase of the ordered and paid product without consequences before the ordered product is handed over to the delivery partner and the relevant delivery notification is sent to the User.
  7. After the product has been delivered to the supplier in the case of withdrawal from the purchase, the price of the product will be refunded but the shipping costs will not, so the shipping fee will be borne by the User.
  8. The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
  1. In the event of a lawful withdrawal after receiving the product, the User must return it to the Publisher at their own expense. Return address: AR Books LibrARy, 2089 Telki, Kamilla utca 23, Hungary. Within 15 working days of receipt of the undamaged product, the Publisher will refund the purchase price to the bank account provided by the User.
  2. In the case of an individual user request the Publisher offers the option of later revocation after receipt of the product for a special reason that can be carried out within the framework of a mutual agreement. The user acknowledges that in this case the shipping costs and the costs of returning the product to the Publisher will be borne by him.   3. Publisher offers  99% availability of the operation of the Webshop and the associated services.
  4. The availability of IT systems and services in relation to the products available in the Webshop are set out in the AR Application and contents TOS and / or in the description of the specified product.
  5. Publisher makes every effort to ensure that the information displayed in the Webshop (such as price, availability and description of the products) is as accurate as possible. A price of for example, 0 £ or 1 £ which is obviously incorrect due to a system error, does not constitute a tender.  The pictures next to the products are usually illustrations, the properties of the product are included in their description. The liability of the Publisher for any errors that may occur is governed by the provisions of Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II. 26.) and the Civil Code are applicable.
